Available in 30 minute, 45 minute, 1 hour, 1.5 hour & 2 hour sessions-

The Love & Light Skin Ritual is a fully customized, intuition led facial treatment. I will work intuitively and with you to treat your skin however we see fit!  My goal is to be able to offer a totally customized service based on what you need in that moment. Each time you come in- you can receive a totally different service & try out all the modalities I offer! This may include facial massage, facial cupping, gua sha, kansa wand, guided meditation, reiki, hand & arm massage, foot massage, scalp massage, crystal therapy & sound healing.  

This 30 or 1 hour minute energy healing session will involve Japanese traditional Usui Reiki as well as chakra balancing utilizing crystals & sound bath.

 Reiki is a Japanese word meaning universal life force. It is administered by the practice of "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. 

Microdermabrasion utilizes a suction machine with an abrasive tip. I will glide it across your skin to remove the top 2-3 paper thin layers of dead skin cells. This reveals the glowing, radiant skin beneath! This treatment is great for anyone concerned with fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, acne scarring or dryness. This can be added on to any length of Love & Light Skin Ritual as well as Back to Life.
